Rules and Regulations.
- It’s important to keep in mind that access to your training materials is necessary during the exam. If your courseware has expired, you will not be permitted to take the official exam.
- Please allow at least 7 working days’ notice to schedule your exam date. Note that your preferred date or time may not always be available.
- Online exams are required unless specified by the exam administrator. You must have your own laptop/PC and internet access to take the exam. ITonlinelearning is not responsible for any internet speed issues.
- If your exam voucher expires, you must pay the full price to retake the exam. The expiry date is set once ordered from the exam administrator. Contact the exam administrator to avoid any penalty charges.
- If you are absent from your scheduled exam, you must pay the full price to retake the exam. Reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the exam to avoid penalty charges.
- If you fail your exam without purchasing exam insurance, you must pay the full price to rebook your exam.
- Exam fees are charged at the price applicable at the time of your original order. If the examination body increases the cost of the exam before you book it, you will be liable for the difference in cost.
- Exam vouchers are non-refundable.
- Exam insurance is only valid for 1 re-sit on the relevant exam it was purchased for
- Make sure to have a valid photo ID with a recent photo ready, such as a National ID card, passport, driving license, military card, employer identification card (in English), or Academic ID. This is necessary as your online proctor will need to verify your ID before you start your exam.

- Your photo ID is readily available.
- Your webcam can rotate 360 degrees.
- You are the only person in the room during the exam sessions.
- There is no background noise in the room.
- There is adequate lighting in the room, but no direct light towards the webcam.
- Your desk is clean, and papers, books, or notes are not allowed.
- Your computer sound settings are set to Speakers and Microphone as headsets are not permitted.
- All phones must be deactivated.
PRINCE2® Exams:
Please note: The PRINCE2® Exams can only be taken Online.
- Have a valid photo ID with a recent photo available, such as National ID card, passport, driving license, military card, employer identification card (in English), Academic ID, as your online proctor will need to verify your ID before you begin your exam.
- Disable any Virtualization Software such as VMware, Virtual PC, Virtual Box or Sandbox during the exam. For exam security reasons, the Exam Shield cannot run through any virtualization software. You should also close any applications that might affect the exam process, such as web browsers, chat, desktop, sharing and mail client applications.
System Requirements
Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:
- Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista
- Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
- Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
- 16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
- Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is not allowed)
- Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device
- A single web camera (embedded or external) you can rotate.
System Requirements
Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:
- macOS Yosemite (10.10), El Capitan (10.11) or Sierra (10.12)
- Mac compatible web camera and microphone (for Mac Mini and Mac Pro)
- Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
- Keyboard and mouse or any other pointing device
- Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is not allowed)
Please note the following once you have requested your exam voucher:
- You will receive an email from PEOPLECERT containing your exam voucher code and inviting you to create a PEOPLECERT account to enable you to register for your online exam. Once the voucher has been issued, we are unable to cancel the voucher.
- You can register for your exam up to four hours before your chosen exam time, however, we recommend that you register for your online exam well in advance of your chosen date to ensure you can book your preferred time slot. Please note that if you need to reschedule the exam you will need to give 48 hours’ notice.
- Please note that the same email address must be used throughout the whole exam process.
- To be able to take the exam you must install the EXAM SHIELD software from the link that can be found in the email confirmation you receive. You should complete the installation an hour before the exam and at the same time deactivate any virtualization software you may have.
- On the day of the exam, you will need to show your photo ID or Passport and perform a 360 all around a scan of the room with your webcam, a reflective surface may be needed for this i.e a mirror
- Please remember that the following are not allowed and will disqualify your attempt – no headphones, no other people in the room, no background noise, turn off any mobile phones and no study materials on the desk. The exception being for Practitioner exams where the manual is required
- Once this exam voucher is issued it can’t be cancelled.
- This exam can’t be taken at an exam center.

PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Exam:
What is required: No requirements
Exam format:
- 1 hour (60 minutes)
- 50 objective Multiple Choice questions
- 55% or higher to pass exam
- Closed-book
PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Exam:
What is required: PRINCE2® Foundation certificate
Exam format:
- 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes)
- 50 objective multiple choice questions
- 30 marks out of 50
- Open-book exam. You can make use of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance hard copy manual should you wish.

- Multiple choice format
- 50 questions per paper
- 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
- 40 minutes duration
- Closed book
Agile Practitioner Exam:
What is required: Agile Foundation certificate
Exam format:
- Complex multiple-choice
- 4 questions per paper with 20 marks available per questions
- 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
- 2.5 hour duration
- Open-book (AgilePM Handbook only)

Lean Six Sigma Exams:
Please note: The Agile Exams can only be taken Online.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam:
What is required: In order to achieve the professional designation of LSSA Certified Green Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 38 marks out of a potential 60 marks. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.
Exam format:
- Multiple choice format
- 40 questions per paper
- 25 marks (63%) or more required to pass
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Open book (‘Climbing the Mountain – Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Orange Belts’). Exercise books are NOT permitted during the exam.)
- Calculators and minitab are permitted
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam:
What is required: In order to achieve the professional designation of LSSA Certified Black Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 580 points out of a total potential of 750 points. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam.
Exam format:
- Multiple-choice format
- 60 questions per paper
- 38 marks required to pass (out of 60 available) – 63%
- Duration: 180 minutes
- Open book: a maximum of any two books is permitted during the exam + statistical tables booklet (14 page PDF). Exercise books are NOT permitted during the exam.
- Calculators and minitab are permitted
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam:
What is required: In order to achieve the professional designation of LSSA Certified Yellow Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam and achieve a minimum score of 32 marks out of a potential 50 marks. There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the LSSA Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Exam.
Exam format:
- Complex multiple-choice
- 50 questions per paper
- 32 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 64%
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Open book (‘Climbing the Mountain – Mindset, skill set and toolset for Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Orange Belts’)
- Calculators are permitted.
Project Management Professional (PMP)®

CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst Exam:
Exam format:
- Maximum of 85 questions
- Multiple Choice and performance-based
- Duration: 165 Minutes

- Recommended Experience: Network+, Security+ or equivalent knowledge. Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on information security or related experience. While there is no required prerequisite, CySA+ is intended to follow CompTIA Security+ or equivalent experience and has a technical, hands-on focus.

CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner:
Exam Format:
- Maximum of 90 questions
